Fight Rules:
Fight with just a few rules to them, but no real limitations. Expecting this to be a good battle, and not be a disappointing battle.

Points before this new fight:

Tch, its funny, because I said that I wished to fight or didn't mind fighting a God-like character, or a character with God like powers. One person even offered a God character to fight against me with, but you came in.

Made a mistake, yes I did. I broke the rule of God modding on pure accident, and even thought to correct it, but you misread my last couple of posts and thought that I sealed your doom, when it was clearly what my character thought, not what I thought. And even if I did, you should have proved me wrong.

You didn't apparently clearly read my conditions, and if not you misread my posts, and then went on to assume your victory. Childish, and such, but I declare this a leave it alone, and go are separated ways thing. You don't have to consider it a loss, and nor do I.

Childish? Another of your backhanded insults, something I haven't stooped to.

Instead I rely on facts. Simply that whether I used a god-like character or not, you still broke the boundaries of even demo-god standards by using a character that could perform god-like feats at god-like prices. Namely free. That aside you completely disregaded my perfectly ligitimate offense not once but three times using bare minimum description or at least feasable explainations. Stack on top of that your disrespect of my rights as a battler and under the radar insults at my characters abilities.

It is clear to me that anyone reading will notice the difference between our work and chose to side with the victor. I'm not claiming your powers violate rules I'm claiming your abuse of both our characters does. Why would I fight someone like that?

I request this match be judged and will provide the link asap.

No, request all you want this is done, and over. The under the radar insults were Nao's thinking. What you fail to realize, is 99.9% of thinks mentions IC post, is what my character thinks XD.

I declare this a tie, and nothing more. I will not make anything more of this, and I do not want this to be judged either, because this will only lead to further arguing that I hate. I am burying this in the sand, and forgetting all about it, I suggest you do the same..

funny, I thought 'thoughts' were followed by key words like 'he thought' or put in quoted or italiaized.

I also don't care if you want to bury it in the sand as my effort went into this too. I still request a ruling. What bickering will be caused from having a judge rule this ranked battle? Are you afraid you will lose? If that's the case I suggest you deem this match my victory and stuff your pride that the 'weaker' character bested your god.

I am not afraid whatsoever of the ruling of this match, and defeat has gripped my ample amounts of time, but the reason for me saying to leave this alone is because I personally as I stated before don't like to argue, and you felt you had to leave the battle, even after I corrected my mistakes you left, thus the victory should have been mines regardless of the rules broken, that i made a point to fix in the first place.

The rules do not state that when a rule is broken, the battle instantly ends in the other persons ruling. I fixed the problem, and you said you had a problem with the power of my character, and me declaring his thoughts? That makes me laugh every time I read it, what a funny man

Get it declared if you want to, but as far as I am concerned this is over. I am taking this off of my list, so that i won't see the replies in my Email every time I check it. In the meantime, go ahead and have fun having a fit over a simple broken rule that I corrected and such, while I move on, unlike you -.-

My full list of complaints would be :

In post three Rion metagamed (form of god-moding) by explaining my character as 'lost blood by the way his eyes moved, and couldn't stay looking at one thing to long without moving 1/5000 of a cenimeter in any direction.' I never explained that Roger had lost blood that made him move in any way shape or form...but this is minor.

In post four Rion powerplayed by instantly turning into the same metal as the floor and 'traveled through the atoms and molecules in the ground moving at a faster rate than his opponent was. The reason was that his atoms in his current form bounced around much faster than the atoms of a normal man or alien.' He explained his character as 'running through the ground'. Still, nothing too major.

In post five I finally had a problem. Rion's character reacted to my kick, while throwing a kick by catching Roger's foot and 'SHATTERING it'. Now, that's just part one of this mess but I feel it bears repeating. My character isn't the strongest character out there...he can't blow up planets or anything...but he definitely can prevent someone breaking his leg. Its probably the ONLY thing he can do. But auto-hitting/metagaming/god-moding aside... not only did his character attack during his attack, he also got injured to the point where his body started breaking apart, turned into fire in response sending an explosion out, he also fully regenerated his body. And also, btw, disregarded the important part of my own attack and that was to say that 'metal man, thrown into magnet = stuck man'.

Finally, in post six Rion's character turned into a deity. Nothing any longer effected him. He claimed that his 150 degree Celsius fire (something he claimed to be the heat his body was burning because anything higher would kill him) instantly turned the water into a gas, something ridiculous if you do a simple search on sprinkler systems. It explains that the sprinkler systems are completely capable of handling such temperatures. Which would in fact put out his flames. Regardless, he then, Dr. Manhattan style, just blows up the crane sent at him and when the shrapnel hits him, his body instantly regenerates. He then follows this up by launching a truck sized fire ball again, no prep, just instantly fire ball the size of a truck.

Yes I signed up for God-like powers allowed, I also signed up for 'no god-moding' I feel I won this fight fair and square, but can't continue to fight a god-modder...sorry. I won't do it.
